Money could be the root of all evil but can bring you comfort hence happiness or one kind of it.
At this close, to the Spring break, it becomes clear that will be no trip to Guatemala due to low enrolment rate. Oh well.
A attend a seminar part of the Month of Diversity celebration at my University. One of the speakers ended his peach with "And do not afraid to ask for money. There are a lot out there just waiting for you to ask to fund any great idea you might have" I told myself "Life sends you clues - you better learn to read them"
Well, I think I have a good idea to go on a study abroad for the summer. If I want to make the best of it I should do some planning for the summer.
What do I Want?
I want to enhance my Spanish - that is how all started about the trip to Guatemala. But if I chose Spain for that purpose this will take me halfway to Bulgaria, where I was born. I am not Spanish even minor so has to be something extra to enhance my major from this trip. I was told on numerous occasions that if I know to code I will be in a better position on the labor market. One of the computer languages, that serves well to Data Analytics I found is "R". I already had checked for classes in the vicinity - none.
But now is a Scholarship application time.
I did not know that some of the scholarships are dedicated to the study abroad needs.
And I applied.
